Proof of Insurance: If you recieved a citation for NOT providing Proof of Insurance, during a traffic stop, you will need to review the procedures for that offense.

Appearance in Court

Appropriate clothing and shoes will be worn.
The wearing of hats or caps is not allowed.
Food and drinks are not allowed in the Courtroom.
While the Court is in session, talking is not allowed, except with authorized Court personnel.
Cell phones and pages shall be turned off.
When addressing the Court or a witness, you must stand at the council table.
There will be no smoking in the Courtroon.
No weapons allowed in Court.
